Ralph Overbeck is Co-Founder and Managing Partner of predictive analytics consultancy, Overbeck Analytics Ltd (OAL).  He has helped some of the world’s leading telecoms companies, such as BT and Vodafone Group, to build their customer acquisition and retention strategies, and support these with advanced predictive analytics solutions. 

Ralph has been a pioneering force in the analytics industry since its early days and helped to develop CRISP-DM, now the most widely adopted and successful data mining methodology. Ralph is a regular speaker at industry conferences and seminars.

Prior to setting up OAL, Ralph was director of data mining at SPSS Inc. He has also held positions with ISL, as head of consultancy, and Angoss Software as technical director.
